I understand from Steinberg Cubase tutorial videos: Steinberg hardware offers вЂњdirect monitoringвЂќ which i understand to be: hearing whatвЂ™s coming directly from the UR22/44 and Not whatвЂ™s coming thru my Cubase software. Can someone please help me understand the purpose/intended function of the вЂњlistenвЂќ button on each track in Cubase? And what exactly is вЂњdirect monitoringвЂќ? IвЂ™m just not understanding fully!
